Located just blocks from downtown, this character-filled 1920s building has been thoughtfully remodeled and now features a fun adventure theme throughout. Designed to capture a spirit of exploration and the Black Hills outdoors, this apartment blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Whether you’re visiting with friends, family, or as a couple, this space is a great home base for your Deadwood adventures. We take pride in our property and love sharing it with our guests.

Guests have access to a shared backyard for relaxing after a day of exploring or for small gatherings. The unit is conveniently located next to a trolley stop and a cozy restaurant serving breakfast and lunch.

Apartment Features

This private apartment works well for groups wanting their own space and privacy. The layout includes two bedrooms, each with its own access point for added flexibility.

Front Bedroom:
Features a King bed and a comfortable living area where a Queen-size air mattress can also be used. This space connects to a vanity/sink area and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and toilet, separated by a door.

Second Bedroom:
Includes a Queen bed and sits adjacent to the kitchen area. It shares access to a second bathroom.

Kitchen:
The adventure-inspired kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay, featuring a full electric range, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates, and cookware for up to 6 guests.

We also provide basic amenities including soap, sponges, trash bags, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and cleaning supplies.

Booking & Policies

Saturday Check-In/Check-Out:
We do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays.

Rally Reservations:
Rally bookings follow a different cancellation and payment policy. For reservations booked outside of Airbnb, full payment is required by June 1st, and no cancellations or modifications are accepted after that date.

Deadwood Rentals Pet Policy

We welcome dogs only at select properties with the following guidelines. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances.
• A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog.
• Prior to booking, you must provide a description of your dog(s) for pre-approval.
• Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness.
• For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when you are away from the property.
• If your dog’s barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements will be required.
• Guests are financially responsible for any carpet cleaning or damage caused by pets, including professional steam cleaning if needed.
• Any pet not approved in advance will result in a minimum $200 charge.
• Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs will result in added cleaning fees.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Property is 100% non smoking. Smoking in property will result in $250 charge.

You have pre-paid for 2 hours of cleaning time. Units left overly dirty, will be charged $40 per hour for additional cleaning time.

Late check outs will result in a minimum $100 fee, if not discussed and approved by host.

Please do not move any of the furniture. Any damages will result in additional charges for parts, labor and or replacement.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
