Located just blocks from downtown, this unique 1920s building has been thoughtfully remodeled and features a fun 50s theme throughout. Whether you're visiting with friends, family, or as a couple, this apartment offers the perfect blend of nostalgic charm and modern comfort. Guests have access to a shared backyard for relaxation or small gatherings, and the unit is conveniently located next to a trolley stop and a cozy restaurant serving breakfast and lunch.

Apartment Features:

This private apartment is ideal for groups seeking separate private spaces. The layout includes two bedrooms, each with its own access point for added privacy.

Front Bedroom: This room features a King bed, and there is a comfortable living area where you can also utilize a Queen-size air mattress. It connects to a vanity/sink area and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and toilet, separated by a door.

Second Bedroom: This room includes a Queen bed and is adjacent to the kitchen area. It shares access to a second bathroom.

The 50s-inspired kitchen is fully equipped with a full electric range, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, plates, and cooking items for up to 6 guests. Basic amenities such as soap, sponges, trash bags, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and cleaning supplies are also provided

Booking & Policies:

Saturday Check-In/Check-Out: Please note that we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays.

Rally Reservations: For Rally reservations, a different cancellation and payment policy applies. If you’ve booked outside of Airbnb, full payment is required by June 1st, and no cancellations or modifications will be accepted after that date.

Deadwood Rentals Pet Policy

We welcome dogs only at select properties with the following guidelines. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances.
• A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog.
• Prior to booking, you must provide a description of your dog(s) for pre-approval.
• Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness.
• For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when you are away from the property.
• If your dog’s barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements will be required.
• Guests are financially responsible for any carpet cleaning or damage caused by pets, including professional steam cleaning if needed.
• Any pet not approved in advance will result in a minimum $200 charge.
• Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs will result in added cleaning fees.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Additional Policies:

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 charge.

Cleaning: Your reservation includes two hours of cleaning time. If the unit is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour.

Late Check-Out: Late check-outs, if not approved in advance, will incur a minimum $100 fee.

Furniture: Please do not move the furniture. Any damages will result in additional charges for parts, labor, and/or replacement.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
