Perfectly located between Deadwood and Sturgis, this peaceful retreat combines modern comfort, scenic surroundings, complimentary golf, dinner on us, and convenient access to some of the Black Hills' most popular attractions, dining, outdoor recreation, and entertainment.

Please note: This is a lower-level unit, and stairs are required to access the home. The unit is not wheelchair accessible.

Designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind, this spacious villa features two private master suites, each offering a king-sized bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and direct access to the private patio. Whether you're planning a couples' getaway, Rally stay, outdoor adventure, golf trip, or relaxing mountain vacation, this property offers the perfect home base year-round.

The open-concept living area provides comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring the Black Hills. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the private outdoor patio offers a peaceful setting to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink with the golf course just outside.

COMPLIMENTARY GOLF AT BOULDER CANYON GOLF CLUB
Every stay includes two complimentary 18-hole rounds of golf with one shared cart per night stayed at Boulder Canyon Golf Club.
Please note:
• Complimentary rounds are valid only during your confirmed stay dates.
• Unused rounds do not carry over after checkout and have no cash value.
• Golf rounds are “use them or lose them” and cannot be redeemed before arrival or after departure.
• Tee times are subject to availability, so we strongly recommend reserving in advance.
• Complimentary rounds are non-transferable and may only be used by registered guests staying at the property during the reservation dates.
• Reservations for stays after October 31 will not include golf, as the course is closed for the season.
• Deadwood Rentals and Boulder Canyon Golf Club reserve the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or discontinue complimentary golf privileges due to guest misconduct, unsafe behavior, property damage, intoxication, violation of golf course policies, weather conditions, maintenance, course availability, or circumstances outside of management's control.

DINNER CREDIT AT THE CANYON GRILLE
Starting with reservations booked on or after 9/4/2026, each reservation includes a $100 gift card to use toward dinner at The Canyon Grille. Your gift card will be waiting for you inside the villa upon arrival.
Just a short walk from your front door, The Canyon Grille offers hand-cut steaks, Texas BBQ smoked in-house, gourmet burgers, a full bar, and a canyon-view patio with seasonal live music.
Even better—you can walk to dinner. No driving into Deadwood, no rideshare to wait on, and no designated driver to arrange. Enjoy dinner and drinks and make the short walk back to your villa when you're ready.
The gift card does not expire and can be presented to your server whenever you're ready to use it. Restaurant hours and availability are subject to change, so we recommend checking current hours and making reservations in advance.

Beyond the villa, you're just a short drive from historic downtown Deadwood, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon, ATV and hiking trails, Terry Peak Ski Area, Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower, and countless opportunities for outdoor adventure throughout the Black Hills.

Taxi services, Lyft, and Uber are available throughout the area, although having your own vehicle is recommended.

During the winter months, AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly encouraged due to changing Black Hills weather and road conditions.

AMENITIES & WHAT'S PROVIDED
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, garage parking, paved year-round access, and easy access for motorcycles and small trailers.
All linens, bath towels, and basic household essentials are provided for your stay. The home also includes a dual Keurig and drip coffee maker with complimentary starter coffee provided for guests.

PARKING
HOA regulations strictly prohibit on-street parking. All vehicles and trailers must fit within designated parking areas.

The villa includes a one-car garage and one driveway parking space. A small gravel overflow parking area may also be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan accordingly if traveling with multiple vehicles or a trailer.

PET POLICY
This property is dog-friendly with prior approval. Please message us for approval before booking if you plan to bring a dog.
A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. Guests must provide a description of their dog(s) prior to arrival for approval.
Cats and other animals are not permitted.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
